Quick Checklist

►Artwork matches the specified dimensions.

►Page layout is correct.

►Margins (bleeds) are correctly set.

►Text is legible and crisp.

►Colours in CMYK mode.

File Types

PDF is highly recommended to get the good result but we also accept JPG and PNG formats as well.
In case of JPG or PNG, please make sure the resolution is 300 dpi or higher.

A 3mm bleed must be added to pictures and designs reaching to the edge, so that there is no white space or border showing around the final product. It is also important to keep text at least 3mm away from the paper edge or the trim line to prevent accidental cropping.

Colour Specifications

Print previews are not a safe and sure measuring tool for colour accuracy. Colours on the file might be affected by monitor calibration, screen resolution and lighting, just to name a few.
To achieve the desired colour on press, digital files must reflect accurate colour models and percentage. Please make sure all colours are in CMYK mode for colour accuracy and a better quality output.

Image Resolutions

►All images and pictures should be 300 dpi or more to get the best result. Resolutions down to 150 dpi can be accepted however we cannot guarantee the quality of print.

►Rasterized text or logos may lower the quality of your print. Vector based PDFs are preferred.

Digital Proofs

The digital proofs show you the layout and design elements of your job, but cannot be a guarantee of colour accuracy. If colour accuracy is an extremely important part of your business/branding, requesting a hard copy proof is highly recommended which would incur a proof fee. Please consult with one of our staff for more information.
